- Make sure you have filled all the relevant parts of the form (Front and back)
- Name of Course
- Course Code
- The Registration form is GHC 30.00 for Ghanaians and $60 for International students
- Provide contact and mailing address of Parents / Guidance sponsors or next of kin.
- All supporting documents should accompany the filled forms.
- A completed form should be presented to the admissions officer with the following
- Two endorsed passport pictures
- Photocopies of all supporting document
- Letter of sponsorship / Release (if Applied)
- Two self Address Envelops
- One flat file
- Birth / Baptismal Certificate
- Please Retain a photocopy of the entire form
- Supply all documents in English
- Do not send any document to any other office or hand them over to any individual for submission on your behalf.
